/ Automobiles Content for 不良研究所 en /climate/news/californias-transition-low-carbon-road-transportation <p>By as early as 2030, California鈥檚 transition to zero emission vehicles could begin to save the state money, according to a <a href="https://escholarship.org/uc/item/8wn8920p">study</a> released today by researchers at the Institute of Transportation Studies at the 不良研究所 (ITS-Davis).
